Training Institute

Lincoln offers courses that meet the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Science. Lincoln is committed to maintaining and supporting a well-trained, professional and diverse staff who work cohesively to implement our mission. Our training program prepares staff to understand our programs and who we serve, increase job and industry knowledge, engage in continuous skill development, advance and grow with us, and ensure safety for all. The trainings that we offer at Lincoln are open to external participants.


Lincoln's Training Institute can offer a wide range of trainings in the areas of mental health, case management, education, youth development and work with communities and families. All training is offered in partnership with Chabot-Las Positas Community College District and Alameda County, and funded by Title IV-E.
