Director of Strategic Partnerships
Letitia Henderson, is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Lincoln, and has more than 15 years of professional/personal experience in the field of Human Services, with a special emphasis on systems change and multi-sector collaboration. Prior to serving at Lincoln, Letitia spent more than a decade in the philanthropic and public sector providing direct service, project management, grant management, and facilitative leadership to a variety initiatives that impact traditionally oppressed communities in the Bay Area including, the Positive Youth Justice Initiative (PYJI) with the Alameda County Probation Department; Education Initiative with the Oakland Housing Authority; and the Continuing Education and Job Training (CEJT) program with Casey Family Programs. Letitia holds a Bachelors of Art’s in African American Studies and Social Welfare; and Masters of Social Welfare emphasis in Management and Planning from the University of California at Berkeley. Letitia is a proud Oakland native, and enjoys drawing on her training as graduate of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs; and Emerge in her civic involvement as a Commissioner on the City of Oakland’s Safety and Services Oversight Commission (SSOC, Measure Z). As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Lincoln, Letitia is charged with formalizing collaborative partnerships with mission aligned organizations including, First 5 Alameda County’s Neighborhood’s Ready for School Initiative; West Oakland Community Collaborative; Bridge Housing-Resident Services; as well as provide strategic thinking and technical assistance to Lincoln’s existing programs and services.
