Lincoln provides professional development opportunities that meet the qualifications for Continuing Education as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Lincoln offers a comprehensive benefits package to all regular, full-time employees and part-time employees working 20 hours or more per week. In brief, our benefits package includes health insurance offerings for medical, dental and vision coverage with a substantial employer-paid subsidy for employees and dependents; voluntary offerings for life insurance, long-term disability and flexible spending accounts; Employee Assistance Program benefits; and generous paid-time benefits of at least eight weeks per year combining PTO/sick/vacation and holidays. In addition, after the completion of one year of service, employees are eligible to participate in one of our employer matching and/or sponsored retirement plans and employer-paid group life insurance.
