Community-Based

Lincoln Families knows that every child and family can succeed when they have the resources and support they need. Youth in child welfare systems are at a greater risk of dropping out of school and experiencing unemployment, homelessness, incarcerations, mental health challenges and more. Our community-based family programs strengthen stability and permanency, providing critical mental health supports and resource navigation services.
