What Information Do We Collect?
Generally, you can browse our website without providing any PII. However, you may choose to provide PII on our website for the following purposes:

  • Donations: If you choose to make a donation, we will request contact information (name, email address, phone number and mailing address) and your credit card information to facilitate your gift. Unless you specify that your gift should be “anonymous,” we list the names of donors who give $100 and above in our fall newsletter to acknowledge your generosity publicly. In cases where donations are specifically made in honor or memory of an individual, we send an acknowledgment letter to the individual or their family. With the permission of the donor, the donor’s name is included. The gift amount is never included. If you prefer to not provide your PII on our website to make a donation, you can always call our Development Department to make a donation by calling 510.273.4700, x4324.
