Engage with us

We serve youth and families experiencing generational poverty and trauma. Through your financial investment, we are able to provide programs free of charge to empower youth and families to build strong futures. Here are ways to engage with us.

Donation drives

Organize your family, co-workers, or neighbors to collect items from our agency wishlist. Lincoln children, youth, and caregivers often need support in meeting basic needs throughout the year.

Events

Join us at Lincoln's community events throughout the year to become informed on issues impacting youth and families, and to celebrate our impact and raise funds to support local families!

ways to give

When you support Lincoln Families, you are demonstrating to youth and families in our community that they matter. You are investing in their futures. Together we can impact educational engagement, family strengthening and well-being outcomes and provide opportunities for youth and families to thrive.

Cynthia Prince Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Cynthia Prince Memorial Scholarship was established in 2024 to honor this beloved Lincoln board member. Cynthia devoted much of her life investing her time, passion, and talent at Lincoln Families and many other nonprofits helping to address community inequities and mentoring African American youth.

In order to continue her legacy, the Board of Directors has established the scholarship fund, which will provide funding to help defray the costs for high school senior award recipients as they prepare to begin college or other post-secondary pursuits.

The power and impact that Cynthia’s life embodied cannot be overstated. Her legacy lives on in her son and all the people she touched during her life.
